About Your Guide

My name is Tyler Hergott and I’m a current member of the Canadian Conservation Corps. During my time in the CCC in the summer of 2021 I was fortunate enough to partake in a sea kayaking journey in the Broughton Archipelago NE of Vancouver Island, British Columbia.

In the 14 days that this trip encompassed I not only learned about teamwork, roles around camp, but also how to rely on myself physically in an environment that I wasn’t yet used to. For me, I have the benefit of playing in sports my entire life. From soccer, basketball, football, triathlons, and even to this day rugby.
