How To
Sitting on your feet while on your knees, dip your hips to the ground, spread your legs outward and lean with your chest to the ground with your arms out in front of you. Next, move up onto your hands and toes and straighten your legs to make an upside-down V with your body. Alternate pushing heels lightly into the ground.
Do’s
Press through your fingers, retract your shoulders into your sockets, bend your knees and extend the spine, and move the head towards and through your arms.
Don’ts
Don’t go onto tip toes.
