Sea Kayaking

Sea kayaking will allow you to get to places around the world off the land that you would’ve never thought of going to. It will not only require strength from your entire body to pull vessels with vast weight in them, but also stability in a continuously changing element. While we train for our sea kayaking expedition, we’re going to be focusing on developing a strong core to keep ourselves sturdy, but also have a well-rounded upper body. Our areas of focus will be our abdominal muscles, obliques, traps, lats and shoulder health. So, sit back and relax, but remember, this kayak won’t move itself.
