Fat Biking

Going on a fat bike trip will get you from point a to point b and will be especially useful when going through uneven or variable terrain that regular bikes can’t navigate. While on our bikes us riders will need the strength to ride the bike up different gradients and enough coordination to feel comfortable on any surface. The exercises we want you to be progressing in will be focusing on body control and leg strength, to be able to ride both seated and standing up. Our areas of focus will be core strength and stability, and lower back and glutes, hamstrings, and quads both when training legs individually and in unison.
