Snowshoeing with Packs

Snowshoeing with packs is a great way to be able to bring with us a lot of gear and keep our footing in tough areas. For this expedition our team here wants you to feel strong! With snowshoes on we will need to drive our feet forward in powerful steps and be ready for uneven ground. The areas of focus for us will be our glutes, hamstrings, quads, and also our shoulders so we can make strong secure movements in the right direction.
