Snowshoeing with Sleds

Snowshoeing with a sled will open entirely new places to you in the winter by keeping the weight on the ground. While snowshoeing with sleds, we’ll want to feel stable while pulling a sled behind us. After training, you are going to feel strong and balanced, specifically in your legs and core. With a sled separate from our body our training will focus on symmetry within your body and single leg movements to get our gear from one place to the next. Our areas of focus will be abdominal muscles, obliques, glutes, hamstrings and the general stability of our body.
