Backpacking has become incredibly popular, and there’s a reason why! Since we will be relying on our own two feet to traverse the environment around us we will need to pay attention to details and look at all the movements we might encounter. Even though you’ll be walking forward, backpacking will challenge you to move in minute ways in every direction. With our team here we will be focusing on our entire bodies ability to move in every direction with stability, forwards, backwards and even side to side. Our areas of focus are our glutes, hamstrings, quads, and our ability to have a consistent pace to cover large distances.
