Hip Dip with Hold

How To

While standing on a raised platform with one foot off the side of the platform. Dip the hanging leg’s hip towards the ground, return to level, and hold for a prescribed period of time. 

Do’s

Start with small dips, and bring your hip back up in line with the other hip.

Don’ts

Don’t bring your hip up past your natural resting position, and don’t bring your hip inwards.
