Skater Jumps

- Repetitions: 40-20 (3)
- Number of sets: 3-4
- Rest: 3 sets of 3 for 40 seconds on/20 off
- Progression: Side Shuffles with Jumps -> Skater Jumps -> Alternating Jumping Lunges
How To
Standing on one leg with the other leg raised. Side bound to opposite leg landing balanced, bringing the other leg up, repeat. Explosive drive off the leg but don’t overjump as we want to focus on the stability of the single-leg landing.
Do’s
Land softly, stabilize your body before the next jump and increase the length of the jump over time.
Don’ts
Don’t land too hard or jump too quickly before stabilizing yourself.
