How To
With one foot on the ground and the other up on the step, drive off your heel that’s on the step, stand up and bound upward and drop back down.
Do’s
Drive your knee to the sky at the top of the rep, and feel light in the planted heel at the top of the rep.
Don’ts
Don’t have too small of a raised surface.
